Having Second Thoughts?

I totally get it.

I am not here to persuade you to do something you aren’t sure you want to do- so let me be really honest about that. If you looked at Power Hour and decided it isn’t for you- I support that!

If you are on the fence, and leaning more toward “yes” but just unsure of what to expect…. you will probably be REALLY happy if you join us. While every single class I teach is different- certain things are always the same:

• the atmosphere is off the charts positive, fun and supportive. I attract incredibly warm, open-hearted humans. You will belong.

• there are no expectations, and there is no right or wrong in my class. Ever.

• you will laugh and feel tremendous joy in this hour, and you will walk away truly empowered if you show up with the mindset to go all in.
